On Thursday, June 15, at approximately 2:36 a.m. Plymouth Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling at over 90 miles per hour on U.S. 30 eastbound near Oak Drive.
Inside the vehicle, police located marijuana along with a .22 caliber handgun. Johanderson G. Zapata, 27, of Chicago, was arrested for Operating a Vehicle without ever obtaining a License. A passenger, 24-year-old Reywer C. Silva also of Chicago, was arrested for possession of Marijuana as well as possession of a firearm by an illegal alien.
