Officer Lovely with the Plymouth Police Department stopped a vehicle for speeding on Thursday evening August 8th for speeding.
At 8:30 Officer Lovely stopped the vehicle on West Harrison Street and found that the driver, Juan Mejia Trochez of the 900 block of West Harrison Street was driving without an operator's license.
The vehicle was released to the registered owner and Juan Trochez was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was lodged for operating without ever obtaining a license as a class C misdemeanor.
