The Plymouth First United Methodist Church invites residents to join for food and fellowship at its upcoming free monthly community meal.
Held on the last Wednesday of every month, the meal will be served from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the church's fellowship hall, located at 400 North Michigan Street, next to Red D Mart.
Organizers emphasize that the free meal is open to absolutely everyone in the community. Whether it is seniors looking for a chance to socialize, low-income individuals and families needing assistance with food, or simply anyone who doesn't feel like cooking or eating alone, all are welcome to attend.
This month’s free comforting meal features scalloped potatoes and ham, green beans, a dinner roll, fruit, and cookies for dessert.
To accommodate everyone's needs and comfort levels, the church is offering the meal for both dine-in and carry-out.
