Members of the Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety will consider bringing back up the tabled request of Koontz Lake Brewing Company on 5th Street to close the street for a fall event. They will also be asked to support Executive Order #3 regarding partial obstruction of a sidewalk during their meeting Monday evening.
The Board of Public Works and Safety meeting begins at 6 p.m. in the second floor Council Chambers of City Hall. Also, on their agenda are reports from various city department heads, approval of claims along with the acceptance of communications.
The Plymouth Common Council meeting begins at 6:30 and will conduct a public hearing on the 2025 proposed budget, vote on the second and third reading of an ordinance setting salaries for elected officials and the tables ordinance setting salaries for appointed officers and employees, along with fire and police personnel on the second and third readings.
The council’s agenda also includes an update on Dustin’s Place by Viki Brown, an ordinance for appropriations and tax rates for next year and a resolution declaring the Bomarko property on Oak Drive to be within an Economic Development Area for the Tax Abatement process.
Both meetings are open to the public and streamed live through Teams.
