The Indiana Department of Transportation announces nightly lane closures are planned next week on I-74 for bridge work in Shelby County.
Beginning on or after Monday, April 20, the left lane of I-74 eastbound and westbound will be closed nightly from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. between Acton Road (Exit 99) and London Road (Exit 103). Both lanes will close around Pleasant View Road (Exit 101). Traffic will be detoured using the on and off ramps at Exit 101.
Crews will be performing bridge demolition work on the Pleasant View Rd. bridge. Nightly closures are planned for one week, weather permitting. As a reminder, Pleasant View Rd. over I-74 remains closed during this project.
