The Rockville Police Department began an investigation of child neglect in October, 2024.
That investigation led to the arrests of Keely Clement, William Hulett and Lori Verhey.

Verhey was arrested on Friday, February 7 and is currently out on bond. Clement and Hulett were both arrested Wednesday.

Hulett, Clement, and Verhey were each charged with three counts of Level 6 felony - Neglect of a Dependent.
