With cries of “God is good,” on social media, the family of Hope Duncan got the news they had been seeking for over a month – Hope had been found safe.
According to the Indiana State Police Putnamville Post, Duncan, who had been missing since June 15, Duncan had been located.
“Through investigative techniques, detectives from the Indiana State Police Putnamville Post have located Hope Duncan, healthy and unharmed. Her family has been notified. Thank you to the public for all of your assistance with this investigation. No further information will be released at this time,” ISP said in a social media post.
According to court and jail records, Duncan is booked in the Marion County Jail. There currently is no bond information or charging information from the Marion County Jail. However, court records show Duncan was charged in April for false informing. Putnam County Superior Court Judge Charles D. Bridges issued a $1,000 cash bond and issued a warrant for her arrest.
Duncan had been reported missing from the Cloverdale Laundry Depot on June 17, and her sister, Harmony Duncan, had told The Putnam County Post previously that she last heard from her sister on June 15.
"Hope, if you see this and you're out there, safe and alive, please contact someone. Your family is worried sick and your babies miss you the most," Harmony Duncan told The Putnam County Post.
The news of Duncan being located came on the heels of a vigil that was held.
