Major Health Partners has announced remarkable outcomes achieved over the past three years through a strategic partnership with the Cardiometabolic Center Alliance (CMCA).
In a release, MHP stated that this collaboration has significantly enhanced patient care and quality outcomes for individuals with cardiometabolic conditions.
Since the inception of the partnership, Major Health Partners and CMCA have worked to implement innovative care models and evidence-based practices. These efforts have led to substantial improvements in patient health and overall care quality.
Among the key achievements over the past three years:
- Improved Patient Outcomes:Patients have experienced significant improvement in blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol and weight loss.
- Enhanced Quality of Care: Adoption of CMCA's best practices has resulted in an increase in patient satisfaction and quality of life.
- Innovative Research: Joint research initiatives have led to the development of new treatment protocols, contributing to the advancement of cardiometabolic care.
- Comprehensive Training Programs: Over thirty healthcare providers have undergone specialized training, ensuring they are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills in cardiometabolic care.
