The Marshall County Public Defender Board will meet Monday, December 29, to review and potentially approve new contracts for the Public Defender Administrator and public defenders.
The meeting is scheduled for 10 a.m. in Room 203 of the County Building, located at 112 West Jefferson Street in Plymouth.
Board members will consider two key items:
- Acceptance of the Public Defender Administrator contract
- Acceptance of Public Defender contracts
The Public Defender Board consists of three members:
- Brandon Schadek, president, Marshall County Councilman
- Tim Starr, vice president
- Burke Richeson, member, local attorney
The meeting is open to the public in accordance with Indiana's Open Door Law.
