Indiana State Police are investigating a fatal officer-involved shooting in Greenfield.
Officers responded to a home on Sedgewick Lane Monday night. Few details have been released on how the incident escalated aside from a shooting involving officers led to a man being taken to the hospital. That man was declared dead at the hospital.
