The Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors has announced that it will focus on the search for a new Executive Director after the upcoming Fall Festival.
Board chair Danielle Stevens told GIANT-FM News that the upcoming major event for the Chamber scheduled for September 10th thru the 13th in downtown Lawrenceville is taking up all the attention of the board and the office staff and nothing has been decided yet regarding a course of action to replace Amy Michelle Seed. Seed departed as Executive Director last week after two years in the position. Stevens says the office in downtown Lawrenceville remains open with administrative assistant Jennifer Salyers now in charge.
