Beginning on or after Monday, April 6, the eastbound Monticello Rd bridge will be closed to all traffic with a detour in place through the end of July.
The detour will follow U.S. 24/35, State Road 25/Burlington Ave, Wolf Rd and Humphrey St.
The westbound Monticello Road bridge will be closed during a later phase.
Restrictions on State Road 25 will begin with a shoulder closure on the southbound side. Beginning on or around April 27, State Road 25 will be reduced to one lane. Temporary traffic signals will be installed to direct traffic.
This project will be ongoing through early October. Work includes bridge deck overlays and superstucture repairs on the Monticello Rd bridges over State Road 25.
