The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Paola Venegas, 27, Walkerton, was arrested Saturday on preliminary charges of driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.15 or more, driving while intoxicated causing endangerment, reckless driving and driving without ever obtaining a license. She was taken into custody by state police at U.S. 31 and Southway 31 and later released on her own recognizance.

• Leimana J. Kahalekomo, 40, Muncie, was arrested Saturday on a warrant charging him with probation revocation on an original charge of driving while suspended. He was picked up at the Delaware County Jail and held without bond.

• Teresa D. Cook, 42, Kokomo, was arrested Sunday on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated with a prior conviction, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and reckless driving. She was taken into custody by city police at U.S. 31 and Olson Road and held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond.

• Angel Moss, 27, Logansport, was arrested Sunday on a preliminary charge of driving while intoxicated with a prior conviction. She was taken into custody by state police at State Road 25 and County Road 300 South and held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond.

• Tyler L. Smoker, 30, 764 W. Eighth St., Rochester, was arrested Sunday on a preliminary charge of domestic battery. He was taken into custody by city police at Ninth and Clay streets and held without bond.

• Kishum B. Tyler, 42, Kokomo, was arrested Sunday on a preliminary charge of driving while intoxicated causing endangerment. He was taken into custody by state police at State Road 25 and County Road 500 South and later released on his own recognizance.
