The following person was recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Ernesto Morales Gonzalez, 36, Hartford City, Mich., was arrested Friday on preliminary charges of possession of marijuana, driving without ever obtaining a license and two counts of driving while intoxicated – one causing endangerment. He was taken into custody by state police when stopped at U.S. 31 and Southway 31. Police records indicate that his eyes were bloodshot and there was an odor of marijuana in the vehicle. He was later released on his own recognizance.
