Jail Bookings – July 30, 2024

The following were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:

• Jonathon M. Rizzo, 33, Rochester Motel, 2147 Southway 31, was arrested Friday on preliminary charges of domestic battery and resisting/interfering with law enforcement. He was taken into custody by city police at the Rochester Motel and held without bond. 

• Frank C. Solberg, 54, South Bend, was arrested Friday on a preliminary charge of criminal recklessness. He was taken into custody by city police at Main Street and McDonald Drive and held on a $250 cash bond. 

• Isaiah W. Moore, 24, Muskegon, Mich., was arrested Friday on a warrant charging him with probation revocation on an original charge of dealing marijuana. He was picked up by sheriff's deputies at the Ottawa County Jail in Michigan and held on a $534 cash bond locally. 

• Zachary A. Kinzie, 23, Peru, was arrested Friday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on an original charge of possession of marijuana. He was picked up by sheriff's deputies at the Wabash County Jail and held without bond locally. 

• James A. Brown, 23, Grand Rapids, Mich., was arrested Saturday on preliminary charges of theft and possession of marijuana. He was taken into custody by city police at Walmart, 2395 Main St., Rochester, and later released on his own recognizance. He was then arrested Sunday on a preliminary charge of possession of stolen property at El Cielito Lindo, 2077 Main St., and held without bond. 

• Felicia D. Sutton, 44, Denver, was arrested Saturday on preliminary charges of driving while suspended with a prior suspension within 10 years, resisting law enforcement with a vehicle and a separate charge of resisting/interfering with law enforcement. She was taken into custody at 3494 Channel Drive, Macy, and held without bond. 

• Jessica A. Cichowicz, 40, 2519 Barrett Road, Rochester, was arrested Saturday on a preliminary charge of operating a motorboat while intoxicated. She was taken into custody by a conservation office on Lake Manitou and later released on her own recognizance. 

• Lavonna A. Ford, 32, Indianapolis, was arrested Saturday on a preliminary charge of driving after having been judged a habitual traffic violator. She was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at U.S. 31 and Third Street and held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond. 

• William F. Enyart, 59, 905 Cherry Tree Lane, Rochester, was arrested Sunday on preliminary charges of domestic battery and resisting/interfering with law enforcement. He was taken into custody by city police at 1030 Franklin St. and held without bond. 

• Bruce Marly Mendez Lopez, 39, 1511 Bancroft Ave., Rochester, was arrested Sunday on preliminary charges of criminal trespass and public intoxication. He was taken into custody by city police at home and held without bond. 

• Jesse A. Mitchell, 36, Michigan City, was arrested Sunday on preliminary charges of possession of marijuana and driving without ever obtaining a license. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at U.S. 31 and County Road 50 North and again later that day at Paradise Auto & Truck Plaza, 486 S. 50 East, after which he was held without bond.  

• Rhonda L. Mitchell, 36, Michigan City, was arrested Sunday on a preliminary charge of driving without ever obtaining a license. She was taken into custody with Jesse Mitchell at U.S. 31 and County Road 50 North and later released on her own recognizance.

• Shauna L. Dollinger, 66, 502 S. Logan St., Apt. 12, Kewanna, was arrested Monday on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court on an original charge of public intoxication. She was taken into custody at the jail at held on a $100 cash bond. 

• Mark C. Phillips Jr., 39, 331 Indiana Ave., Rochester, was arrested Monday on a warrant issued out of Lee County, Illinois. He was taken into custody by city police at home. 

• Michael L. Pittman, 44, Plymouth, was arrested Monday on a warrant charging him with small claims contempt. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at Park Road and 11th Street and held on a cash bond of $1,945.65.
