The following were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Mandi L. Baugh, 45, 760 Cherry Tree Lane, Rochester, was arrested Friday on a warrant issued out of Marshall County. She was taken into custody by city police at 1014 Fulton Ave.

• Chloe R. Burns, 20, 202 S. Logan St., Kewanna, was arrested Friday on a preliminary charge of neglect of a dependent. She was taken into custody at the Family and Social Services offices and held on a $2,500 surety.

• Anthony E. Fields, 45, 6198 N. 900 West, Culver, was arrested Friday on a warrant issued out of Starke County. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at 6139 S. Birch Lane, Delong.

• Robert J. Powell, 25, Kokomo, was arrested Friday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at the courthouse and held on a $150 cash bond.

• Christian M. Sweet, 28, 4211 N. 200 West, Rochester, was arrested Friday on a warrant issued out of Marshall County. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies in the area of County Road 700 North and Indiana 17.

• Timothy R. Simic, 58, Greenwood, was arrested Saturday on a preliminary charge of driving after having been judged a habitual traffic violator, as well as on a Clark County warrant. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at U.S. 31 and County Road 50 East and held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond.

• Sammie Coleman, 40, Indianapolis, was arrested Saturday on preliminary charges of possession of marijuana and driving while suspended. He was taken into custody by state police at U.S. 31 and Olson Road and additionally held on a Marshall County warrant.

• Nora K. Jenkins, 41, 229 Jefferson St., Rochester, was arrested Sunday on preliminary charges of domestic battery (two counts), disorderly conduct, battery on law enforcement and resisting law enforcement. She was taken into custody by city police at her home at held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond.

• Cody A. Kosicki, 29, 2001 Monroe St., Rochester, was arrested Sunday on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated with a prior conviction, resisting law enforcement, battery by bodily waste, battery against a public safety official and disorderly conduct. He was taken into custody by city police at 10th and Madison streets and held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond.

• Taylor J. Nelson, 26, Indianapolis, was arrested Sunday on preliminary charges of obstruction of justice and possession of marijuana. She was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies on U.S. 31 near Southway 31 and held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond.
