The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Samantha J. Sheeks, 39, 3539 W. 200 North, Rochester, was arrested Friday – one day after her birthday – on preliminary charges of manufacturing/dealing methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine. She was taken into custody by state police at State Road 25 and County Road 500 North and held on a $25,000 surety bond.

• Tracey L. Gagnon, 54, 1417 Audubon Ave., Rochester, was arrested Friday on a preliminary charge of possession of a controlled substance. She was taken into custody with Sheeks and later released on her own recognizance.

• Morgan K. Robinson, 25, Etna Green, was arrested Friday on a preliminary charge of driving while intoxicated causing endangerment. She was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at Southway 31 and 17th Street and later released on her own recognizance.

• Quentin R. Nichols, 25, 2183 W. 500 North, Rochester, was arrested Saturday on preliminary charges of resisting law enforcement, criminal mischief, escape, leaving the scene of a property damage crash, driving while intoxicated and auto theft. He was taken into custody after allegedly stealing a truck from 1991 W. 500 North, doing burnouts in the yard, smashing into the side of the house and threatening a resident inside. He also reportedly drove through a fence, releasing cattle, cut off a GPS ankle monitor and crashed another vehicle before running from police. He is held without bond.

• Justin R. Cain, 34, 200 E. 16th St., Apt. 3, Rochester, was arrested Saturday, on a preliminary charge of driving while intoxicated causing endangerment. He was taken into custody by state police at home and held on a $250 cash bond.

• Jairo A. Cruz-Cuellar, 26, 310 W. 11th St., Rochester, was arrested Saturday on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of a property damage crash, resisting law enforcement, driving without ever obtaining a license and possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug. He was taken into custody by state police at Dollar General, 1419 Main St., Rochester, and held on a $15,000 surety bond.

• Damion C. Franklin, 30, 705 E. Fourth St., Lot 72, Rochester, was arrested Saturday on a preliminary charge of interfering in the reporting of a crime. He was taken into custody by city police at Rochester Police Department and later released on his own recognizance.

• Scarlett A. Kiefer, 32, South Bend, was arrested Saturday on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court on an original charge of possession of marijuana. She was picked up at the Steuben County Jail and held without bond.

• Laura A. Andersen, 54, Kokomo, was arrested Sunday on preliminary charges of driving without ever obtaining a license, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and driving while suspended. She was additionally arrested on a warrant issued out of Howard County. She was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at U.S. 31 and County Road 375 North and held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond.

• Doniven M. Combs, 23, Syracuse, was arrested Sunday on a preliminary charge of driving while intoxicated with a prior conviction. He was taken into custody by state police at 1932 Main St. in Rochester and held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond.

• Michael S. McIntyre, 57, 2770 N. Old U.S. 31, Rochester, was arrested Sunday on a warrant charging him with contempt of small claims court. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at home and held on a $1,500 cash bond.

• Julia L. Langley, 40, 1100 Park Road, Lot 34, Rochester, was arrested Monday on a preliminary charge of possession of methamphetamine. She was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at Main and 10th streets in Rochester and held without bond.
