Detectives with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department caution business owners, employees, and residents to be aware of a rash of $100 bills (U.S. Currency) recently being used to defraud local businesses.
Detectives are investigating cases throughout the city where different suspects have been using $100 to purchase gas, gift cards, and other items.

Anyone with information about possible suspects involved in manufacturing and/or using $100 bills is asked to contact IMPD at 317-327-3811 or Crime Stoppers at 317-262-TIPS.
