Deputies with the Marshall County Sheriff's Department investigated a single-vehicle accident that resulted in the arrest of the driver.
Just after 3 p.m., on August 6, the Marshall County Central Dispatch Center broadcast the report of a single-vehicle crash with unknown injuries on 1st Road east of King Road, on the north side of the roadway. LaPaz Fire, EMS, and deputies with the Marshall County Sheriff's Department responded.
During the crash investigation, the driver, Jassen L Manfredonia, 25, of Holland, Mchigan, was found to be exhibiting signs of alcohol intoxication. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and released Thursday after posting a $1,500 cash bond.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
