Families can enjoy a festive breakfast at a special holiday event scheduled for Saturday, December 20, at Gather in downtown Plymouth and hosted by Gather 2 Graze Charcuterie.
The Breakfast with Santa event will take place from 9 to 11 a.m. at Gather, at 203 N. Michigan Street. The public event requires no advance tickets or reservations.
In addition to traditional holiday activities like photos with Santa Claus and seasonal crafts, the event will incorporate a charitable component. Children will have the opportunity to make Christmas cards for Operation Quiet Comfort, an organization that provides holiday stockings for military personnel.
The morning's activities will include a holiday craft station, hot cocoa, and what organizers describe as "kid-approved breakfast specials." Santa Claus will be available throughout the two-hour event for photos and visits with families.
"It's the perfect way to celebrate the season, give back, and create sweet memories," said owner Sara Mathews.
Gather 2 Graze Charcuterie, LLC operates as both a restaurant and specialty food establishment in downtown Plymouth. The business regularly hosts community events throughout the year.
Operation Quiet Comfort works to support active-duty military members and veterans through various programs, including holiday stocking initiatives that provide comfort items and necessities to service members.
The event is open to all families, and organizers encourage attendees to arrive ready for breakfast and holiday activities. No RSVP or ticket purchase is required.
