A Greene County Community Corrections Inmate is on the run from police after he removed his ankle bracelet and escaped.
The man's name is Charles Orr and his is considered to be armed and dangerous. The Greene County Sheriff's office is imploring anyone who may come into contact with Orr to avoid making contact with him and instead dial 911. Orr is described at 5'9'' tall with blonde hair and green eyes. Orr has multiple tattoos, including two lightning bolts on his neck, a skull and flame design on both arms, and a skull design on both legs.
