The Plymouth Park Department will host their annual Easter in the Park events this Saturday, March 23rd.
Easter in the Park begins with breakfast with the Easter Bunny at the Webster Recreation Center from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Kids and parents are invited to enjoy pancakes, sausage, milk, orange juice, or water. Tickets are available at the door, $4 for adults and $3 for kids. The Webster Rec Center is located at 110 Webster Avenue.
At 10:30 a.m. sharp the Easter Egg Hunt in Centennial Park gets underway. Kids walking through age 12 will be divided into three age categories. When the siren sounds, they will scurry around in their specific areas and gather up the 6,800 eggs that have been filled with candy and prizes. Kids need to bring their own baskets, buckets, or bags to hold their eggs. Once all the eggs are found, participants are asked to open their plastic eggs and gather their treats. The eggs should be placed in the large barrels for use next year.
The Easter Bunny will be available for photos!
Easter in the Park is sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Plymouth and First Federal Savings Bank.
