A wrecked vehicle was found stranded on the side of the road.
The call came in around 8:45 pm over the weekend when a vehicle on Rosedale Road near County Road 300 East was found off of the road. Upon investigation from Parke County Sheriff’s Deputies beer cans were located outside of the vehicle and along the doors.
Off of the side of the road, 62-year-old James Liddle II, of Rosedale was then found in a nearby field. Liddle did not show any signs of injury. He was then arrested and now faces charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance.
