Marshall County Coroner Dean Byers recently announced that Deputy Coroners Justyn Wade and Justin Bowen-Lutz have completed a state-required course of study, which certifies them as Medicolegal Death Investigators in the State of Indiana.
The Indiana Coroners Training Board requires all elected Coroners and duly appointed and sworn Deputy Coroners to obtain certification within the first year of their employment.
