The Marshall County Plan Commission will meet Thursday evening at 7:30 in the second-floor meeting room of the County Building.
There are only two requests for consideration. Homer and Freda Miller are asking permit of split of land from a neighbor to be combined with theirs to create Homer Miller second minor subdivision at 2141 Beech Road in German Township.
The second request is from Good and Albert Balka at 750 South Michigan Street in LaPaz. They are seeking a minor subdivision of 3 lots in a C-2 commercial zone in North Township.
The Marshall County Plan Commission meeting is open to the public and streamed live on the county website at www.co.marshall.in.us or on the Marshall County smartphone app.
