The summer transition into fall is going to find a number of projects developing in the City of Rochester.

The mayor also noted they are looking to smooth out a problem bump on 4th Street as E&B will pave that section of roadway from the tracks to Main Street.
Mid-September will also bring in an anticipated groundbreaking involving Rochester’s major water improvement project.
Mayor Odell noted the hot weekend a few days ago but it didn’t keep the Mayor’s Golf Outing from a good time.
