On Friday, February 24th, 2023 Officer Emenhiser with the Plymouth Police Department located 46-year-old Rocky Whitaker at his residence at 309 North Kingston Road Apartment #7. Whitaker had an active warrant through Marshall County and was placed into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail without incident.
22-year-old Jessica N. Bradley of Culver was arrested by Detective McIntyre with the Plymouth Police Department on Friday, February 24th at about 9:30 in the morning. Bradley has a warrant for a Level 5 Felony Burglary charge and Level 6 Felony Theft charge. She was transported to the Marshall County Jail and turned over to jail staff.
