The city of Bridgeport has announced the date for the annual city-wide cleanup.
It is scheduled for Thursday, May 30th. The cleanup will be a one-day-only pickup of items for all Republic Service customers located inside the Bridgeport city limits. Items should be placed at the curb on that date for pickup. There are some items that will not be taken during the cleanup.
They are construction debris, building materials, tyres, paint, liquid waste, electronics, hazardous wastes, and anything that contains chlorofluorocarbons (CFCS) or hydrofluorocarbons (HCFCS). Visit the City of Bridgeport Facebook page for additional cleanup information.
