Jail Bookings

Police Incidents
Suspicious
• At 6:25 a.m. Thursday, a man residing at 2555 E. State Road 110 reported that someone possibly stole his trash earlier that morning. He did not believe it was picked up by a trash service due to where the container was left and boot tracks being found in his driveway.
Theft
• At 10:32 a.m. Thursday, an officer responded to 8260 W. State Road 14 on the report of a theft.
Harassment
• At 12:02 p.m. Thursday, a women requested to speak with an officer about allegedly being stalked. She was subsequently advised to file for a protective order.
Wrecks
• Shortly before 3 p.m. Thursday, police responded to a minor two-vehicle wreck in the 1400 block of East Ninth Street.
• A truck driven by Dalton Shultz, 17, of Rochester, left the road and hit a tree around 9 p.m. Thursday in the area of county roads 450 East and 550 North.
Animal call
• At 4:03 p.m. Thursday, police received a report that a loose dog got into a yard under a fence at 905 Sanford Drive and bit another dog. The owner came and retrieved the dog and was later issued a warning to keep it on a leash.
Leaving the scene
• At 5:46 p.m. Thursday, police received a report that someone in a red truck drove away after rear-ending a vehicle at Main Street and Rochester Crossing Drive.
Property damage
• At 6:13 p.m. Thursday, a woman reported that the driver of a white utility truck crossed over the center line and hit the mirror of her vehicle. She attempted to follow the truck to get a license plate number, but lost it.
Ankle monitor
• At 7:13 p.m. Thursday, Marshall County Community Corrections requested police attempt to locate a man at a residence in the 200 block of West Third Street after he allegedly cut off his ankle monitor. He was unable to be located.
