Jail Bookings
• Jhon Erick Hernandez, 31, Noblesville, was taken into custody Wednesday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on an original charge of driving when never licensed. He was picked up at the Carroll County Jail and booked at the Fulton County Jail on a $100 cash bond.

Police Incidents
Protective order
• At 2:02 p.m. Wednesday, police received a report that a man was at Dairy Queen, 1420 E. Ninth St., possibly in violation of a protective order. Police records indicate that the order did not list the person's place of employment and was to be amended. The man was additionally to be issued a no trespassing warning.
Wrecks
• A GMC Envoy driven by Loghan M. Northcutt, of Rochester, wrecked at approximately 3:15 p.m. Wednesday. The vehicle reportedly came to a rest on its side in a ditch in the 1000 block of East Fourth Street.
• A vehicle driven by Xander Franklin, 18, of Rochester, hit a light pole during the early morning hours Thursday at Mill Creek Missionary Church, 1336 N. State Road 25.
Fire call
• At 8:43 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters were dispatched to a barn fire at 2987 W. 700 North.
Slide-offs
• At 10:42 p.m. Wednesday, police received a report that a vehicle slid off the roadway at U.S. 31 and County Road 300 South. Shortly later another slide-off was reported at county roads 100 South and 50 East.
