Jail Bookings
The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Julian O. Bailey, 24, Kokomo, was arrested Monday on a warrant charging him with probation revocation on an original charge of possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle. He was picked up at the Howard County Jail and held without bond.

• Joshua S. Fansler, 22, Lakeville, was arrested Monday on preliminary charges of interfering with drug/alcohol screening, possessing a device to interfere with a drug/alcohol test, possession of methamphetamine and trafficking with an inmate. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at the Fulton County Probation Department and held without bond.

• Alicia D. Lloyd, 34, 1195 E. 450 North, Rochester, was arrested Monday on a warrant charging her with probation revocation on an original charge of theft. She was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies in a barn at 704 N. State Road 19, Akron, and held without bond.

Reckless driving
• Shortly before 7 a.m. Monday, a man received a warning for unsafe lane movement following a report of a reckless driver northbound on U.S. 31 near Macy. He was advised to pull over and get rest and that his vehicle was not safe for the road.
Property dispute
• At 11:46 a.m. Monday, police responded to 9132 Sycamore Bend on a report of a dispute over property lines involving three men. Two had left prior to officers' arrival.
Animal call
• Shortly before 11 a.m. Monday, a resident of Country Meadows reported feeling threatened by a neighbor's dogs.
Ordinance related
• On Monday afternoon, city police left 14-day warning notices for junk at 430 W. Ninth St., 1530 Monroe St. and 1031 Elm St. Seven-day notices were left for junk at 715 E. 12th St., 921 Park St. and 317 E. 14th St. Additionally, 14-day notices were left for unlicensed vehicles at 1204 Wabash Ave. and 711 E. 12th St.
Possible scam
• At 12:04 p.m. Monday, a Rochester woman reported that a man she has been speaking with on Facebook for the past three weeks has been asking her for money.
Domestic fight
• At 4:15 p.m. Monday, police received a report that a man threw a rock at his wife's truck during a domestic dispute in Fulton. The altercation was reportedly verbal, except for damage done to the truck.
Theft
• At 5:28 p.m. Monday, a Culver woman reported that she believes her temporary vehicle tag was stolen.
Suspicious
• At 11:36 p.m. Monday, a resident of Westwood Lane requested extra patrol due to hearing a rumor that people were going to break into her home.
