On Thursday afternoon the Argos Water Department experienced a water main break on West Walnut Street that caused citizens to have to boil their drinking and cooking water.
Sunday afternoon at about 2 the Town of Argos was able to lift the boil order after receiving two good water tests. You may now use all water without any restrictions.
The Town of Argos thanks everyone for their patience.
