Meth charges led to a conviction of a man in Owen County court.
A jury convicted Will Ollie Cross, 54, of Count 1 Dealing in Methamphetamine, a level 4 felony, Count 3 Dealing in Methamphetamine, a level 3 felony, Count 4 Dealing in Methamphetamine, a level 5 felony and Count 6 Maintaining a Common Nuisance, a level 6 felony after a three day jury trial. The jury found Mr. Cross not guilty of Count 2.
The jury also found Cross had a prior conviction for Dealing in Methamphetamine, which elevated his charge, and his conviction on Count 1 to a level 3 felony and Count 3 to a level 2 felony.
Sentencing is scheduled for August 8, at 2:30 p.m.
The State of Indiana was represented by Chief Deputy Prosecutor Parker Trulock.
