The city of Vincennes says that beginning Tuesday, October 14th, CSX Railroad will begin a series of railroad crossing closures as part of a rail replacement project.
On that date, CSX will close the tracks at 10th Street, 11th and Scott, and Hart Street for approximately four days of repairs. The scheduled closings are weather dependent and are subject to change.
Motorists who travel in those crossing areas are asked to be aware and vigilant of the work.
