One man was killed in a three-vehicle accident late last week in Daviess County, Indiana.
The Daviess County Sheriff's Department reports that Jake Kuykendall from Olney died late Thursday from injuries sustained after his moped was hit by a FedEx delivery truck. The truck, being driven by Daniel Altmeyer of Huntingburg, Indiana was driven into the moped after it was struck by an SUV being driven by Gina Graber of Loogootee at the intersection of Indiana State Road 257 and U.S. 50. Kuykendall was thrown from the moped and was transported to Daviess Community Hospital in Washington where he later passed away.
Investigation continues into the fatal mishap.
