A weekend drowning remains under investigation in neighboring Richland County. Authorities report that they were notified Saturday around 3:30 p.m. of a swimmer who did not resurface while swimming at Borah Beach located north of Olney. Several area dive teams responded to the location and after several hours of searching, the body of the 30 year old unindentified swimmer was located underwater and pronounced dead at the scene. An autopsy is scheduled to determine the exact cause of death.
