project-update-on-u-s-31-in-marshall-county
The northbound lane of U.S. 31 has been moved and is now utilizing the new overpass bridge in Marshall County between 13th and 14th Road.
The southbound lane is expected to switch to the new bridge late next week so that construction can begin on the overpass on the southbound side (northbound lanes will be converted to two-way traffic, southbound will be closed for construction).
Northbound U.S. 31 traffic can now turn right onto 14th Road and Michigan Road, and westbound traffic on both of those roads can now access northbound U.S. 31.
Drivers are asked to use extra caution navigating the new traffic pattern, and again when southbound traffic moves to the northbound side.
