Karen Richey, a Health and Human Science Educator from the Marshall County Purdue Extension office, will host a pressure canner gauge testing and canning safety question and answer session at New Kitchen Store, 1100 Roosevelt Road, in Walkerton, on Friday, April 11th, from 1 to 3 p.m. ET. Appointments are required for gauge testing, which costs $5 per gauge. Only the pressure gauge and canner lid need to be brought in for testing.
