A silver Dodge Journey observed traveling northbound on Michigan Street at a high rate of speed was stopped by a Plymouth Police officer near U.S. 30 on Saturday, October 12th at 2:25 A.M.
During the traffic stop, it was discovered that the driver, 44-year-old Angel Pagoada-Pavon was intoxicated.
Further investigation revealed that Pavon was almost twice the legal limit. Suspected narcotics were also located within the vehicle during the investigation.
Pavon was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail. He was given a court date in Marshall County Superior Court III and a cash bond of $1,500.
