A local man with a warrant out of Marshall County was arrested after a Plymouth Police officer observed him sitting on a porch at 223 Walnut Street.
At about 11:45 Wednesday morning, August 13th, Officer Fisher was on patrol and noticed Matthew Obrien, 32, of 508 South Michigan in Plymouth, sitting on the porch at 223 Walnut Street.
O'Brien had a warrant out of Marshall County for failure to appear. The officer made contact with him and took him into custody with no incident.
O'Brien was transported to the Marshall County Jail, where he was booked for his failure to appear on a misdemeanor warrant and held on a $500 cash bond.
