A tip led the Knox County Indiana Sheriffs Department to the arrest of a Knox County man on multiple offenses Tuesday.
57 year old Brian Pinkstaff was taken into custody after authorities received a report of a suspicious vehicle near a communications tower on Indiana State Road 61.
Pinkstaff was preparing to cut a fiber-optic line on the tower when he was confronted at the location.
A search of his person uncovered illegal drugs.
Pinkstaff has been charged with Theft, Criminal Mischief, Possession of Methamphetamine and Cocaine and is being held on $5000 bond in the Knox County Jail.
