The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Matthew S. Brass, 35, 1312 College Ave., Rochester, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant charging him with probation revocation on an original charge of escape from community corrections. He was additionally arrested on preliminary charges of possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle, possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies after allegedly overdosing at home. He was administered three doses of Narcan, used to reverse opioid overdoses, and transported to Woodlawn Health. He is held without bond after being released from the hospital.

• Justin L. Jenkins, 42, 2156 Sycamore Drive, Rochester, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on an original charge of theft. He was picked up at the Hancock County Jail and held on a $150 cash bond.

• Francesca R. Kilgore-Mitchell, 38, South Bend, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court on an original charge of driving while suspended. She was picked up at the Hamilton County Jail and held on a $150 cash bond.
