Indiana State Police (ISP) have issued a Silver Alert for a missing southwestern Indiana man. They are on the lookout for 60 year old Phillip Ray Dillon of Evansville. He was last seen last week on Tuesday, April 18th at around 4 p.m. and has been missing ever since. Dillion could be in extreme peril and need medical assistance. He is described as a thin white male standing about 6 feet 1 inches tall weighing about 150 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. Anyone with any information as to his whereabouts is asked to contact the Evansville Police Department, the nearest law enforcement agency or 911.
