Officer Wallace with the Plymouth Police Department was conducting traffic enforcement on U.S. 30 Aug. 6 at 11:45 p.m. when he observed a vehicle traveling at 94 mph in a posted 50 mph zone.
A traffic stop was initiated on the vehicle at the intersection of U.S. 30 and Oak Drive. The driver, 19-year-old Muhammed A. Ali Juhar of Fort Wayne, was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail. He was lodged for a charge of reckless driving.
Friday afternoon, officer Thornton with the Plymouth Police Department responded to the Love's Truck Stop, 2952 Gary Drive, for a Welfare Check. He spoke with Tylor Michael Hall, 31, of Leesburg, Indiana, who was inside the vehicle.
It was confirmed through Marshall County Dispatch that Hall had active warrants for his arrest through Kosciusko County. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on the warrants.
