Jail Bookings
The following person was recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Shaelyn A. Keen, 22, 7196 N. State Road 17, Culver, was arrested Wednesday on preliminary charges of possession of stolen property and possession of methamphetamine. She was taken into by sheriff's deputies at home and held without bond.

• Cortland T. Minix, 32, 1125 Fulton Ave., Rochester, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on an original charge of reckless driving. He was taken into custody at the jail and held on a $150 cash bond.

• Mark A. Ulery, 55, Plymouth, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant charging him with failure to register as a sex offender. He was taken into custody at the jail and held on a $7,500 surety or $1,000 cash bond.

Police Incidents
Drug trash
• At 1:16 a.m. Wednesday, police received a report about drug paraphernalia being found in a bathroom at Pilot, 389 Rochester Crossing Drive. Located was a pouch with a spoon, syringe and pipe inside. The bathroom was subsequently closed off.
Wrecks
• A vehicle driven by Lanae Kline, 40, of Kewanna, hit a fence around 9 a.m. Wednesday at county roads 200 North and 200 West.
• At 7:08 a.m. Thursday, police received a report that a vehicle was spotted in a ditch at State Road 110 and Muckshaw Road. Marshall County units were subsequently notified for response.
Fraud
• At 10:23 a.m. Wednesday, a resident of Jackson Boulevard reported an unauthorized charge of $125.74 made on their account at Kroger. Surveillance video was to be reviewed to potentially identify a suspect.
Cited
• During a traffic stop at approximately 7:26 p.m. Wednesday, an officer cited the driver with speeding 94 mph in a 60 mph zone and a passenger with possession of marijuana.
Theft
• At 8:46 p.m. Wednesday, police received a report about the theft of a trailer from 4729 Camp Shohola Drive. The owner advised it was stolen within the last three weeks.
Extra patrol
• At 9:28 p.m. Wednesday, police received a request for extra patrol in the 1200 block of West Ninth Street due to someone revving their engine.
Harassment
• At 9:46 p.m. Wednesday, a resident of Troy Drive requested to speak with an officer about receiving threatening texts.
Reckless
• At 5:07 a.m. Thursday, police received a report that the driver of an eastbound truck was swerving into oncoming traffic in the area of State Road 14 and County Road 650 West. An officer followed the truck, but did not observe any erratic behavior.
