The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Stayce A. Hughes, 44, 201 Westwood Lane, Rochester, was arrested Friday on preliminary charges of dealing in methamphetamine, possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug, possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. She was additionally arrested on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court on an original charge of driving while suspended. She was taken into custody at home and held on a $50,000 surety or $150 cash bond.

• Angela C. Mucker, 49, Logansport, was arrested Friday on a preliminary charge of driving while intoxicated causing endangerment. She was taken into custody by Rochester city police at State Road 25 and County Road 300 South following a report of a reckless driver who nearly hit a guardrail by Caston Schools. She was later released on her own recognizance.

• Michael W. Holbrook, 39, 9750 S. State Road 25, Rochester, was arrested Saturday on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated with a passenger less than 18 years of age, neglect of a dependent and providing alcohol to a minor. He was taken into custody by state police after a wreck at county roads 950 South and 475 West and held without bond.

• Roger A. Clevenger, 50, 2027 N. Old U.S. 31, Rochester, was arrested Sunday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on an original charge of nonsupport of a dependent. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at 1913 N. Old U.S. 31 and held without bond.
• Cody J. Hensley, 36, 2097 Sycamore Drive, Rochester, was arrested Sunday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on an original charge of nonsupport of a dependent. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at home and held on a $100 cash bond.

Suspicious
• At 11:36 a.m. Friday, police received a report of a possible homeless camp behind Runnings in Peace Tree Village Plaza. An ongoing issue with trash being taken out of a dumpster was additionally reported.
Ordinance related
• On Friday afternoon, city police left 14-day warning notices for junk at 624 E. 14th St., 418 Pontiac St., 415 Fulton Ave. and 312 Jefferson St. Additionally, a 14-day notice was left at 1020 Pontiac St. for an unlicensed and undrivable vehicle and 7-day notices were left for the same at 401 Ohio St. and 1116 Madison St.
Animal call
• At 12:22 p.m. Friday, police received a report about cats being abandoned at a home in the 1200 block of Monroe Street.
Thefts
• At 2:06 p.m. Friday, police received a report of theft involving an irrigation system in the area of U.S. 31 and Monticello Road.
• At 2:24 p.m. Friday, police received a report about the theft of propane.
• At 1:07 p.m. Saturday, police received a report about the theft of guns from a vehicle. The location was unknown.
Littering
• At 3:20 p.m. Friday, police received a report that a trail camera captured a man dumping trash in the area of State Road 17 and County Road 745 North.
Trespassed
• At approximately 7:30 p.m. Friday, a man was issued a no trespassing warning extending two years for Walmart, 2395 Main St., after allegedly making inappropriate comments to staff and customers.
