Reports out of Knox County Indicate that a former auto dealer is due back in court soon after his arrest this week.
James Banks was taken into custody Tuesday, April 29th by the Knox County Sheriff's Department on Fraud and Forgery charges.
Those charges were filed after a state of Indiana investigation into activities at his former dealership location on U.S. 41 south of Vincennes.
Banks was released from the Knox County Jail on bond and faces an initial appearance on Monday, June 2nd in Knox Circuit Court.
His dealer's license has been revoked by the state and his operation shut down.
