Marshall County Central Dispatch Center received a report at approximately 12:46 p.m. on December 17th, of a vehicle that had left the roadway on the U.S. 31 southbound on-ramp from eastbound U.S. 30.
According to the initial report, the vehicle had driven off the roadway and into an embankment. A witness reported that the female driver appeared incoherent and possibly intoxicated.
Marshall County Sheriff's deputies and Plymouth Police officers responded to the scene, along with Plymouth Fire/EMS personnel.
During the crash investigation, officers determined that the driver, Pamela Overmyer, 44, was exhibiting signs of alcohol intoxication.
Overmyer was transported to Marshall County Jail and charged with operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .15% or more, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated, endangering a person. Her bond was set at $1,500.

- Plymouth Police Department
- Plymouth Fire/EMS
No information was released regarding injuries or the extent of vehicle damage.
