The Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office announced Wednesday the sentencing of 55-year-old Johnny Whitt Jr., of Plymouth.
In November of 2023, Whitt Jr. sold approximately 28 grams of methamphetamine to confidential informants on two separate occasions.
On October 24, 2025, Whitt Jr. pled guilty to two (2) counts of Dealing Methamphetamine, each as a Level 2 Felony. Whitt Jr. was sentenced in Marshall County Superior Court III by Judge Matthew Sarber to 24 years in the Indiana Department of Corrections.
The investigation was led by Detective Sergeant Jonathan Bryant of the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department and successfully prosecuted by Chief Deputy Prosecutor Nicholas Langowski of the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
