Lawrenceville Police took two subjects into custody on charges after incidents of battery.
46-year-old Orville Tomlin of Lawrenceville was arrested and preliminarily charged with Aggravated Domestic Battery late Monday night. He was booked into the Lawrence County Jail and was being held there pending a detention hearing under Illinois state law.
21-year-old Hannah Fairhurst of Vincennes was also arrested late Monday night on preliminary charges of Domestic Battery and Battery. She was transported to the Lawrence County Jail and was being held on the charges pending a detention hearing.
